Magigoo Pro HT - The 3D printing adhesive

Are you experiencing issues with warping during 3D printing? Then MAGIGOO is a user-friendly 3D printing adhesive designed to solve the problem of the first non-adhesive layer (warping). This is the most common issue in 3D printing using FFF / FDM technology.

WHAT:

MAGIGOO HT is designed for professional use, for working at high printing temperatures. The part should be relatively easy to remove once cooled, and adhesive residues should also be easy to remove.

WHY:

High-temperature materials such as PEEK are advanced engineering thermoplastics that provide superior mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures compared to commodity thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem, and PPSU, as well as their carbon/glass fiber reinforced counterparts. Due to their high temperature and other unusual properties, these materials are highly sought after in high-temperature, high-performance engineering applications such as in the automotive and aerospace industries. Furthermore, these materials are also sought after in chemical, petrochemical, medical, and research applications. High-temperature filaments prove to be challenging materials for FDM printing due to their greater tendency to warp. These materials are generally printed at elevated temperatures due to their high-temperature properties. MAGIGOO HT is a specialized solution for FDM printing of PEEK filaments, developed to work at elevated printing temperatures.

HOW:

MAGIGOO HT is designed and tested to work at temperatures of 150 °C or lower.

• Shake the bottle.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the nib onto the bed (this activates the internal valve) and spreading as needed.
• Print according to filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations
• Let cool and remove. The print should pop off immediately
• Clean - Use a damp cloth to wipe it off.

SAFETY:

Using this product with filaments other than PEEK filaments may cause over-adhesion and damage the build surface. Follow the instructions in the technical data sheet for best results.

Tips:

For larger prints, a 20mm brim is recommended.
Magigoo HT is designed for glass surfaces but also works on high-temperature garolite and other build surfaces.
