The FlowTech™ CHT High Flow Nozzle is the result of a collaboration between Micro Swiss and Bondtech, developed to significantly increase filament flow while maintaining print quality. It features advanced CHT technology and TwinClad® XT coating for smoother extrusion, better layer adhesion and cleaner prints – fully compatible with the entire FlowTech hotend range.

High-Flow performance with CHT technology

The nozzle integrates Bondtech’s proprietary CHT (Core Heating Technology), which divides the filament into multiple internal chambers as it enters the melt zone. This innovation enables a maximum volume flow of up to 50 mm³ per second, allowing for faster printing without compromising layer definition. The multi-chamber approach not only increases throughput, but also improves layer adhesion, resulting in smoother and more consistent prints.

Durable construction with TwinClad® XT coating

Made from precision-machined brass and coated with Micro Swiss's TwinClad® XT—a non-stick, durable composite coating. This finish reduces friction, prevents filament buildup, and promotes smooth extrusion, keeping surfaces clean and the printing process stable.

Structural integrity and material quality

Available in multiple aperture sizes (0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm), the construction combines a heat-resistant copper-chromium-zirconium alloy with an electroless nickel coating for corrosion resistance and heat tolerance. For added durability, select variants (CM2™) feature a hardened M2 high-speed steel tip with WS2 nano-coating that reaches 68 HRC hardness and ensures minimal friction (coefficient ~0.035).
