Leak-proof Nozzle

Tired of nozzles that leak and ruin your prints while wasting filament? The FlowTech Hotend combines the nozzle and thermal break into one permanently sealed unit, ensuring a leak-proof hotend.

Cold Nozzle Swap

Traditionally, replacing nozzles has been both time-consuming and potentially risky. With a FlowTech Hotend, you can change nozzles quickly and easily – without heating or re-tightening – and even with one hand.

CHT High Flow Nozzle Performance

An official collaboration between Micro Swiss and Bondtech brings the popular CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech platform. The nozzle uses Bondtech's patented CHT technology, designed to increase flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

High Flow Capacity

The FlowTech nozzle with Bondtech CHT technology can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/s.

Better Layer Adhesion

By splitting the filament flow into multiple channels through the melt zone, a more uniform deposition of material is achieved. This reduces voids and weak points between layers, thereby improving layer bonding.

Full Metal Design

Built for durability. The FlowTech Hotend features an all-metal design that can handle most modern 3D printing filaments.

All hotends are machined, assembled, and quality-controlled in-house at Micro Swiss. Each unit undergoes a complete thermal cycle test before being packaged and shipped.

High-Temperature Performance

Optimized for all Creality K2 printers. Creality K2, K2 Pro, and K2 Plus use compatible thermistor configurations, so no firmware changes are required.

Sealed Heater Core

Unlike the original heater core, FlowTech features a fully sealed heater core, offering several advantages:

The sealed design effectively retains heat, ensuring stable and consistent print temperatures.

By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the risk of damage is reduced, extending the hotend's lifespan.
