Ruthex M3 Short threaded insert – Rx-M3Sx4.0 - 100 pcs.
Ruthex threaded inserts can be subsequently inserted into 3D printer parts from, for example, Anycubic, Creality, or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. With the help of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through-hole.
Threaded inserts for your 3D printed parts
Ruthex threaded inserts can be subsequently inserted into 3D printer parts from, for example, Anycubic, Creality, or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. With the help of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through-hole.
Secure grip with easy use
Thanks to the geometry of the threaded bush, it sits securely in the printed part. The opposing helical knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as high clamping force. The guide has made insertion much easier.
Stable and durable screw threads
The internally threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, ensuring optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. It is also possible to reuse the screw threads by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.
Suitable for various plastic types
The inserts are designed for all thermoplastic types. The knurled nuts hold, for example, in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP, and many more. As soon as the plastic of the workpiece around the brass bush cools down and hardens again, the internally threaded bush is firmly anchored.
Practical threaded insert set
The Ruthex threaded insert set RX-M3x4.0 consists of 100 press-in nuts with an M3 internal thread and a length of 4.0 mm. The threaded bushings can be inserted using ultrasound and heat embedding.
